Review a WooCommerce product import
Preview, resolve, apply, and verify product rows imported from a connected store.
Before you begin
An Admin must have configured and enabled WooCommerce. Product import is an administrative operation that can create, link, or update Serat products and affect stock at the selected location. Coordinate with anyone else editing the catalog before applying a session.
Preview and review
Open Settings > General > Online Store and find the WooCommerce product import wizard.
Select the source categories and the intended stock location. Review the defaults for brand, category, color, gender, size, and style codes before requesting a preview.
Inspect the session rows. Review rows marked missing or conflicting, and choose Skip, Create, Link, or Update as appropriate. A suggested action is not approval to apply it.
Search for an existing Serat product before linking a WooCommerce variation. Resolve category mapping and missing fields rather than duplicating a product.
Apply only after the selected actions and destination location are correct. Follow the progress and final counts for created, linked, updated, skipped, and failed rows.
If the outcome is unexpected
Reopen the session and inspect individual row results. A conflict or failed row may need correction before a new attempt; do not immediately run a second full import. The wizard offers a revert workflow for eligible sessions, but it can affect products and stock changed since the import. Review its preview and coordinate with an administrator before reverting. A preview alone does not change Serat products.
