How much does it cost?

We discuss your operation in a personal demo, then send a clear quote for the agreed setup.

Can you move our data from our current system?

Yes. We export products, variants, stock, customers and order history, map them with AI and check them with you. Your current system keeps running until you switch.

Can we keep our existing channels?

We scope your store, marketplace and courier connections in the demo. Provider accounts, approval, API access, services and fees differ from one provider to the next.

How do Greek documents and staff reporting work?

Invoices and receipts sit inside the selling flow, with a visible AADE / myDATA status. Fiscal issuing and payment-terminal communication stay distinct, and Digital Labour Card events have their own ERGANI workflow. Confirm your requirements with your advisers; Greek-ready describes our focus, not a guarantee for every situation.

Do we need internet or new hardware?

Operational use needs an internet connection. Serat is a responsive, installable web app on compatible devices—not a native app or a complete offline POS. We check scanners, label and receipt printers and payment terminals before rollout.

Does this replace accounting or payroll?

No. Serat covers fashion commerce operations and supported local workflows—not a full ledger, manufacturing suite or payroll system. Bring your essential exceptions to the demo.

Who qualifies for a free e-shop?
