We have three shops and a warehouse. Is that one account?
Yes. Locations are part of the core model: stock, users, permissions, sales and reporting are all per location inside one account.
Can we keep our current e-shop?
If it is Shopify or WooCommerce, Serat connects to it. Bring your setup to the demo and we will confirm exactly what syncs.
How do we get thousands of variants in?
Through the spreadsheet importer. You map your columns once, Serat suggests matches and flags conflicts, and an import can be rolled back if the result is not what you expected.
Does the POS need special hardware?
It runs in the browser and works with standard barcode scanners, label printers and supported card terminals. A phone camera can stand in for a scanner during stocktakes.
What happens to stock when an order is cancelled or returned?
It goes back as a recorded movement against the location that received it, so your count and your history both stay correct.
