Order fulfilment in Serat: unified orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Skroutz, Wolt, Trendyol, POS and B2B, stock-aware assignment, pick and pack, and ACS, BOX NOW and ELTA labels.
Orders reach Serat from your connected channels, from the till, and from the wholesale portal. They arrive in one queue with one status vocabulary, which is the difference between running fulfilment and running six browser tabs.

Channel-specific quirks are normalised on the way in. A Wolt order and a Shopify order end up describing themselves the same way, so a picker does not need to know which platform produced the line in front of them.
Assignment
When automated assignment is enabled, Serat can propose a fulfilment location based on available stock. Some orders still need manual review or a transfer from another location. Check the current plan and holds before promising a dispatch time.
Picking
Open orders are aggregated into a picking view, so a person walks the floor once for many orders rather than once per order. Picking is scan-confirmed against variants, which is where wrong-size dispatches get caught.
Shipping
Serat produces the courier voucher and label, and records the tracking number against the order. Supported carriers include ACS, BOX NOW and ELTA, along with locker delivery and in-store pickup as fulfilment options.
Tracking numbers flow back to the order, so customer questions are answered from one screen instead of a carrier portal.
