This notice covers this website only. If you are a Serat customer, the data processing terms in your agreement cover the product itself.
What we collect on this site
Nothing until you act. If you submit the demo form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number and message you type, plus the time of submission. If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive pseudonymous usage events such as which pages you visited.
Why we use it
Form submissions are used to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. Analytics is used to understand which pages explain the product well. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookies are set before you accept them. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again, and you can change it at any time from the banner or by clearing site data.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Serat's own systems inside the EU. Website analytics, when enabled, is processed by Google Analytics 4 with IP masking.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and delete them on request unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the demo form and mark your message as a privacy request, and we will route it to the right person.
