Can buyers see stock levels?
You decide how much availability the portal exposes. The catalogue and pricing come from your core, and what buyers see is configured per storefront.
Can one buyer order from several of our brands?
Buyers see the brands their link allows. An order belongs to a single seller, which keeps confirmation, shipping and invoicing unambiguous.
How do buyers get access?
You invite them. The invitation lets them set their own password, and the link between their user and your account carries their permissions.
Do we still take orders by phone and email?
Yes. Manual orders live in the same order list as portal orders, so your reporting stays complete while buyers move over at their own pace.
Can we connect our own ERP or warehouse system?
There is a signed integration API and an outbound webhook system with retries and an event feed. Bring your setup to the demo and we will map it out with you.
