An integration is only useful if you know what it moves. This page lists the connections Serat supports and what each one is responsible for.

Sales channels

Manual	Phone, social and walk-in orders entered by staff

Every one of these ends up as an order with the same status vocabulary, which is what makes cross-channel reporting meaningful rather than approximate.

Couriers and delivery

ACS. Vouchers, labels and tracking.
BOX NOW. Locker delivery, including label generation.
ELTA. Vouchers, labels and tracking.
In-store pickup. Handled as a fulfilment option rather than a shipment.

Marketing

Meta Ads. Campaign connection for advertising on Meta platforms.
Google Ads. Campaign connection for Google advertising.
sent.dm. SMS messaging to customers.

Note that these are marketing connections you configure and control. This documentation site itself runs no advertising pixels, and the product does not add tracking to your storefront on your behalf.

Greek business services

AADE. Tax identifier (ΑΦΜ) lookup and validation.
E-invoicing. Electronic invoice issuing in line with Greek requirements.
WRAPP. Supported as part of Greek compliance obligations.

What is not integrated

There is no supplier or purchase-order integration, because there is no purchasing module. Stock enters Serat through import, manual adjustment or transfer. If you need automated replenishment against supplier catalogues, that is not something Serat does today.
