Work with enabled storefront channels
Review Shopify and WooCommerce orders and inspect their sync activity.
Before you start
An administrator must have enabled and configured the relevant storefront for your workspace. Sign in with access to Orders; Sync Log is limited to Admin, Developer, and Manager. Shopify management controls require Admin or Developer. Do not enter integration credentials into product or order notes.
Work with storefront orders
In Orders, filter by Shopify or WooCommerce source and inspect the order's financial and fulfillment status before picking.
Verify variants and available stock against the order, then use Pick Pack to plan collection if needed.
Use the order's supported fulfillment workflow for its source. Reopen the order afterward to confirm the status; payment status and fulfillment status are separate.
If a product or order change does not appear on the storefront, ask an authorized user to open Online Store > Sync Log, choose the platform, and inspect operations, queue, and log entries.
Troubleshooting
A queued sync is not yet completed. Failed or timed-out operations should be investigated before retrying; avoid repeated product edits solely to force a sync. Storefront tabs and orders depend on enabled settings and your role. Webhook or collection synchronization is an administrative action, not a routine order-processing step.
