Check Wolt and B2B availability and sync health
Use enabled channel workflows without assuming a visible channel tab is operational.
Before you start
Wolt and B2B are conditional integrations, not universally available. A workspace administrator must enable and configure each relevant channel. Use Orders for orders you can access; sync log access requires Admin, Developer, or Manager.
Review channel activity
In Orders, filter by the available source and check order, payment, and fulfillment states before collecting items.
For B2B, if Online Store > B2B is visible, review the storefront preview and saved configuration with the responsible manager. Check featured products and categories before saving changes; confirm that the page reports saved changes.
For Wolt, ask the integration administrator to verify connection and venue mapping in the available settings before expecting orders or catalog updates. Do not publish a catalog or synchronize inventory merely to investigate an order.
For Shopify or WooCommerce sync issues, an authorized user can open Online Store > Sync Log and compare Running Operations, Sync Queue, and Log for the selected platform. Check whether an entry is queued, executing, completed, or failed.
Troubleshooting
The Wolt online-store route in this version redirects to Orders even though a Wolt settings component exists; do not promise an accessible Wolt channel page. B2B appears only when the wholesaler module is enabled. An empty queue means no queued items, not proof that every order has synchronized. For Wolt or B2B issues not represented in the storefront sync log, escalate through the integration owner rather than assuming those channels appear in the Shopify/WooCommerce log.
