Review printing, shipping, and backup settings
Find the business-wide controls that support labels, deliveries, and data protection.
Where to find them
An authorized teammate can open Settings > General and select Print Layouts, Shipping, or Backups. Seeing General settings does not necessarily grant permission to run every action. Backup operations in particular require an Admin role.
Printing and shipping
Review the selected print layout before printing barcode or QR labels. A layout change can affect future print output, so verify the format on a sample rather than changing a live template during a busy shift. In Shipping, review enabled providers and location-specific options before using a courier action on an order. A provider connection does not mean every delivery method is available for every order.
Backups
Admins can check the available backup status and controls in the Backups tab. Do not use restore or other destructive recovery actions as ordinary troubleshooting. If you need a missing record restored, report the item and the approximate time to the administrator, who can review the available recovery process.
