Why a page, action, or figure may be missing

Check role, location, enabled features, and filters before assuming data was deleted.

A page is missing

Some destinations appear only after workspace setup or when an integration is enabled. Transfers needs more than one location, and Scheduling needs at least one active Associate. Online Store depends on enabled channels. Ask an administrator to check the relevant setting rather than assuming that a hidden page means a record was removed.

An action is disabled

Your role may let you view a page without permitting every action on it. For example, completion of an inventory check and changes to integration settings can require a more privileged role than viewing the record. Check the action's message and ask an authorized colleague to review it. Do not use another account to work around the permission.

A result or report looks empty

  1. Check the selected location, date range, status, and channel filters.

  2. Confirm that the product, order, or customer belongs to the location and period you selected.

  3. Refresh after a pending import or sync has completed. New external data may arrive later than a local edit.

  4. If the expected record is still absent, note the filters and the visible error or status for your administrator. Do not treat a blank chart as proof of zero business activity.

Managers may see a location-limited analytics view; Admins and Developers can have broader scope. Availability of Serat and other AI features also depends on workspace configuration.
