Find your way around the dashboard
Use the overview, quick actions, and navigation to reach daily work.
Before you begin
Sign in to your workspace. Everyone can open Dashboard; other destinations depend on role, location count, team setup, and connected channels.
Explore the workspace
Open Dashboard for key metrics, trends, stock and order signals, alerts, and recommended actions. Select a metric or alert to see more context.
Switch between the 7 and 30 day views. Administrators can choose all locations or one location; other users see their assigned location.
Use quick actions to create an order, start a transfer, import a product, or check images where applicable. A transfer requires a multi-location workspace.
Use the navigation for Products, Sales, Orders, Messages, Customers, and any destinations available to you. Open Settings for account preferences and permitted workspace configuration.
To customize keyboard navigation, open Settings > Shortcuts and review the available assignments.
The dashboard is a starting point, not a replacement for the detailed Analytics workspace. If a section is missing, check whether your role has access or whether the required workspace feature is enabled. If figures do not load, retry later or ask an administrator to check your access.
