Work with enabled marketplace channels
Check Skroutz and Trendyol listings, mappings, and marketplace orders.
Before you start
The relevant marketplace must be enabled for your workspace. Sign in with access to Orders; marketplace mapping and publishing actions require an appropriately authorized user. Confirm the product, size, color, price, and stock before changing a listing.
Check products and orders
In Orders, filter for the marketplace source to find an incoming order. Check payment and fulfillment states, variants, and required quantities before preparing it.
For Skroutz, open Online Store > Skroutz when available. Review the product selection or feed preview before publishing changes; check the outcome shown by the interface.
For Trendyol, open Online Store > Trendyol Mapping when available. Review category mappings before listing products; the page may be read-only for your role.
Follow the order's marketplace-specific processing and verify the updated order status after each action.
Troubleshooting
If a marketplace page redirects to Orders, check whether that integration is enabled. A missing category mapping, unsuitable product data, or a failed feed preview needs correction before publication. Do not treat a submitted feed as confirmation that a marketplace accepted every product. If your mapping controls are read-only, ask an authorized user rather than changing the product category as a workaround.
