Manage products and variants
Find products, maintain their details, and check size and color variants.
Before you start
Sign in with access to Products. Editing product details requires an Admin, Developer, or Manager role; deletion is limited to Admin or Developer. Have the correct style, color, size, barcode, brand, and pricing information ready.
Find and update a product
Open Products and search or filter for the product. Check the style and color before selecting a result; a style can contain multiple sizes and colors.
Open the product details and review its barcode, size, color, price, and location quantities.
If editing is available to your role, update the relevant details and save. Reopen the product to verify the saved values and the correct variant.
To add inventory, use the stock workflow rather than changing an unrelated variant. Check the selected location and quantity before confirming.
Check the result
The updated product should appear under the expected style and color, with its variant information intact. A missing or mismatched barcode can cause scans to find a different item or no item. If editing controls are absent, confirm your role with an administrator rather than creating a duplicate product. If quantities disagree, verify the location and review recent imports, sales, transfers, and inventory checks.
