Before you begin

Marketing is available to Admin, Developer, and Manager. An authorized person must connect the relevant Meta or Google ad account in Settings > Marketing and select an account for reporting. An expired Meta connection may need to be reconnected.

Read a report

  1. Open Marketing > Campaign Manager to view connected providers, or Marketing > Meta Ads for Meta-only reporting and locally managed campaigns.

  2. Choose provider and account filters where offered. Select a date range; the report defaults to a recent completed period and limits the range to completed days.

  3. Choose a currency group when more than one currency is present. Review the summary metrics and campaign table, change sorting, and load more results if available.

  4. Use Refresh when you need a newer snapshot. Follow any connection, stale-data, or partial-failure messages shown above the results.

Campaign Manager and Meta Ads reporting are views of connected ad accounts; the Meta Ads page also contains a separate workspace campaign area. Figures may differ between platforms because attribution and timezones differ. Do not add totals from different currency groups. If there are no results, check the selected account, date range, connection status, and any retry message before concluding that a campaign has no activity.
